Cheerful Apartments in Easton, MD

Galloway Meadows is a community of 72 apartment units and a central community building nestled off Route 50 in Easton, Maryland. The one, two and three bedroom units are divided across the site into 6 building groups that are two stories to mimic the neighboring architecture of the area. The project provides a variety of finishes, including brick veneer, covered porches and siding. Turned wood columns, decorative gables, varying window sizes and large end bays provide character to each building while complimenting the history of Downtown Easton. Each resident has their own exterior covered entry. The interiors are spacious with Energy efficient finishes and fixtures. The project achieved the requirements for National Green Building Standard 2015 and Energy Star New Homes 3.1.
